When I saw this new challenge and the sketch I was dying to make a card. It's a great sketch and I will be using it again and again. This is my entry for Sketch Saturday, a fab sketch to work with and I'm also entering this card for the Whiff of Joy challenge which is a recipe, 3 patterned papers, two flowers and one button or brad. A sketch challenge this week at Magnolia V Stampavie, I have turned the sketch upside down. papers are Cosmo Cricket, image magnolia coloured with distress inks, flowers are prima and poppicraft,centre of flowers were a gift from my wonderful friend Vicki, I've been trying not to use them as they are so gorgeous, but I ended up using two of them on this card thanks Vicki. Image is Joanna Sheen Messy Rabbits (a Christmas present from my wonderful friend Linda) and I have coloured it with distress ink and used some Liquid Applique on the fluffy tail. Ribbon from stash and papers are dream street.

This is my entry for Stamp with Stampavie, another fab sketch, I also think I can use this card for CCT which is to use metal on your card, I have added a heart charms and spacer beads to the centre for the flowers. This weeks challenge at SCSC is hosted by the extremely talented Kim. Kim's theme this week is 'Recycled' and if I'm honest I was like nooo!!! but it does make you think outside the box and it's amazing what you can find/use once you start looking, so go on have a go and join us. Image and papers are Smirk by trimcraft, ribbon from my stash and I have used my nesties to cut out the shape and frame for it, now the gorgeous beads attached to my ribbon, are the recycled part, they were wrapped around a bar of soap from asda and far too nice not to use, so thanks Kim hugs Jill xx

Sherbert meets A Spoonfull of Sugar

Well I received my fab Sherbert stamps yesterday and made this card last night using the sketch from a Spoonfull of Sugar aww don't you just love these new stamps? Papers are Cherry Arte and the image is Pollycraft Sharing Sherbert Seeds of love. flowers are prima. Thanks for looking and all your lovely comments, I did spend nearly 2 hours yesterday leaving comments, but there are still some people I haven't got around to see yet.
