So Upset updated

Hi everyone just needed to have a little rant, I purchased 2 DCWV paper stacks from E Bay, the seller after taking my instant Paypal payment, then said they didn't have the stacks???? I emailed back and asked for a full refund. They never responded and I opened up a dispute via paypal, I've just received an unpleasant response from the dispute centre from them and they are saying they didn't get any emails from me!! I'm so worried and just want to be refunded my money back in full. When I've looked at there feedback they often haven't refunded people or people haven't received their goods, but the feedback score was 99.4%. So beware, take a good look through the feedback before you buy hugs Jill xx

  1. Oh Jill, what rotters they are, putting it lightly. It is so annoying when we encounter sellers like this. I do hope everything is soon sorted and that you are fully refunded, an apology from them would be a very nice gesture to, but I wouldn't hold my breath for that.

  2. Sorry you have had a bad experience with Ebay. I have had one bad experience, along the same lines! Its so frustrating. I hope you get it sorted, and get your money back sooner rather than later xx

  3. awww jill you rant away darl,a similar thing has happened to me,on 29 march i purchased a dvd and corgi car together as a package and i won it for only £4.50 bargain it was i paid instantly as i always do and i still haven't received it.i emailed him when i got back of hols and he ignored it,i opened a dispute with paypal too this week and he hasn't responded yet but i should get my money back,ihope you do too.hugs to ya darl

  7. That's horrible Jill. Makes me not ever want to buy from ebay. I'm pretty lucky that I can get amazing paper just 2 hours from my home! I hope that you get everything sorted out!

  10. Oh Jill I'm so sorry to hear about all this touble you have been having.
    I am sure that you will get your money back via Paypal but if you used a Visa or mastercard to pay you should also contact them to claim a refund.
    I once payed for a holiday with an online agency and arrived at the hotel to find that our room had not been booked...but the Agency had took the money...Visa gave me a full refund.
    I hope it all gets sorted out for you soon. Debbie x

  11. It's a flipping nuisance that there are traders like this on Ebay Jill, they really shouldn't be allowed to get away with it, I hope it all gets sorted for you soon hun and that you get your money back :) Donna x

  12. Aww Jill, i know how you feel though ... i just won a dress and paid for it instantly by paypal which was immediately refunded cos the stupid woman listed the item as having 15 of them. I did think it was strange, but am disappointed neithertheless! It was a gorgeous dress ... she is gonna relist but now i've lost confidence in it. I am currently watching another equally gorgeous dress so wish me luck lol! mwah Jilli

    BTW i hope you get the full refund ... some people are real ****'s

  16. I had a bad experience and i phoned paypal up they was really helpful, i was the seller and the buyer said they never got the goods, but i had done recorded delivery and still had a copy of their signuture, it took 4 months to be settled and i swore i would never sell again...

Hi Jill, sorry you have been upset by some rotter, but don't worry, you will get a refund from paypal, Dave had a similar problem and got a refund of £17, the seller has to prove to paypal that the items were sent but like you have said, they didnt have the items to send, hope that all made sense :)
