Finally DT for My Mums Craft Shop

Well what a day I've had, no Internet for 2 days, phoned sky spent over an hour on the phone, being made to unplug and reset my router, still no joy, told they'd send a new router then got a call saying no router they'd had lots of calls from my area saying people had no Internet connection and I would have to wait at least 72 hours! so I've tried all day to get on and finally managed, not sure how long I will stay on line before it goes off but hopefully I will get this posted.
